PAOK and Chelsea have reached an agreement for Rahman to spend the remainder of the season in the Greek top-flight.
Rahman was not registered by Chelsea for first-team football this season and has spent the past three months with the reserve team.
The 26-year-old has been looking to get his career back on track, having been hampered by a series of knee injuries in the last several years.
He has had loan spells at Schalke, Reims and Mallorca, as well as 23 appearances for us way back in 2015-16.
He will have one more year left on his contract after this season, at which point a more permanent transfer will hopefully be found, for the benefit of all involved.
Rahman joined Chelsea in the summer of 2015 from Augsburg.
