So how will JUSTICE be secured in the Courts of Ghana?
The Kpobi Tettey Tsuru II vs Attorney General judgement is a travesty of justice requiring a Judicial Review, to cleanse the image of the Judiciary and give Justice to the Original Land Owners as prescribed by the Constitution of Ghana.
By wrongfully interpretation of Article 20 of the Constitution of Ghana, and erroneously equating “PUBLIC INTEREST” and “PUBLIC PURPOSE” opened the floodgates for the Land Looters and fraudulent allocation of State Lands to private persons by the Lands Commission.
This judicial aberration must be reversed; fraudulently allocated State Lands retrieved and returned to the Original Land Owners.
Justice must not only be done, but must be seen to be done manifestly, rather than seeing judges profiting from the Land Looting and hiding under the Supreme Court interpretation of Article 20 of the Ghanaian Constitution.
The true value of these lands is more than Ghana expects from the IMF BAILOUT.
La Lands particularly in Airport, Labone and Cantonments [Ghana@50 AU Village] were according to then Finance Minister, Hon. Baah Wiredu, used to balance the budget in 2007.
Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land worth millions;
Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Woode was called on phone and offered prime Airport State Land in exchange for her low-cost Akweteyman Land;
Jean Adukwei Mensa’s IEA Hotel is springing up on plot #C39 Cantonments opposite the Free Zones Headquarters, which was fraudulently allocated them.
Ghana is not broke, Ghana’s money, assets including State Lands are in the possession of high profile personalities who the Special Prosecutor must make to return.
Which Lands Commission official awarded the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land development to his company after the Lands Minister signed a worthless MoU purporting to breach an almost expired lease which would revert the entire Land to the La Stool?
Exchanging prime Cantonments Civil Aviation Land for an AstroTurf in a school perhaps sounds like the BIGGEST JOKE, but it is true.

The 15th April, 2021 Kpletso Shooting and Assault by armed men in Ghana Army uniforms resulted in several persons including journalists injured, three of the victims who are La natives have subsequently died of their injuries, but that will not end the fight for JUSTICE AND THE RETURN OF LA LANDS.
The silence of President Akufo-Addo and the refusal of the Military High Command, the Inspector General of Police and the National Media Commission to act on the Kpletso Shooting and Assault will not stop the Fight Against La Land Looting.
Who in the Lands Ministry signed the agreement [confirmed by the Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission and the Deputy Lands Minister, Benito Owusu-Bio] with the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands which is shared with some government officials?

THE SIR JOHN WILL, WILL NOT BE REPEATED IN THE CASE OF SOPHIA AKUFFO AND THE OTHER BENEFICIARIES OF FRAUDULENTLY ALLOCATED STATE LANDS.
The Judiciary must proactively ensure that Justice is served especially as the 2017 Petition by the La Mantse Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru II and the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo listed hundreds of other beneficiaries of the fraudulently allocated State Lands in the appendices.
