After the brutalities meted out to Students of the Islamic Senior High School and Ghanaians participating in the AriseGhana “Krom Ayeshi” Demonstration, rogue elements of the Ghana Police in the company of Landguards unleashed mayhem yesterday at the Ideal College near Legon.

The Lands Ministry, according to the Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission, has signed an agreement with Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings to reclaim encroached State Lands and Bungalows and be paid with portions of the State Lands which is shared with some government officials.
Clemence Gyato has been in the news for these illegal demolition exercises at Legon near UPSA and Adenta Civil Aviation Lands where he demolished the ancestral village of Osena to park Galamsey Excavators.
Samuel Abu Jinapor has declined to comment on the agreement between the Government of Ghana and the Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings.

Why is the Ghana Police Service not using the courts and Local Assemblies to legally remove encroachers from State Lands?

All encroached State Lands and Bungalows including those fraudulently allocated to private persons or no longer used for the purpose of acquisition must be returned to the Original Land Owners.
All La Lands which Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings are being used to Steal and Sell, must be retrieved and returned to the La Stool through the La Mantse as was done via E.I. 432 in Ashanti Region giving 409acres to the Ashantihene in trust for the Stool Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.
All those behind the Land Looting, the Landguards and their accomplices including Police officers must be arrested and prosecuted as prescribed by ACT 1036.
