Ghana’s Felix Ajom lost the chance to win the WBO Africa Super Featherweight (Junior Lightweight) title at the AC Boxing Bonanza in Namibia.
He was beaten in round 4 by homeboy Flame “The Special One” Nangolo, who delivered a stunning 3rd-round knockout against Ghana’s Felix Ajom to claim the WBO Africa super featherweight title.
The Ghanaian, whose record stood at 20 wins (17 knockouts) and two points-losses, had never been knocked out before and had won his last nine fights in a row since February 2019.
Flame’s record is now 13-0 (5 KOs) – The unbeaten streak continues.
The bill was to honour the former head of state, Dr. Sam Nugoma.
Ghanaians who showed up include Coach Carl Lokko, Referee Roger Barnor, and Samir Captan the African Representative of WBO.
