Ghana’s Haircut: Cut Corruption, Cathedral and Council of State

Fanciful projects like the Cathedral typifies Corruption, Cronyism, Clannish Create, Loot and Share...

Cutting Corruption means the Mother Serpent of Corruption too must GO.

Cutting Corruption alone can pay for all Ghana’s debt plus surplus…

Cutting waste and plundering of the Public Purse will save all Ghanaians from any needless Haircuts…

Fanciful projects like the Cathedral typifies Corruption, Cronyism, Clannish Create, Loot and Share…

The sole sourcing of David Adjaye was premeditated, and the Plundering of the Public Purse using the Cathedral as pretext was criminal.

David Adjaye was illegally paid upfront over 113million of the 339million so far spent on the Cathedral;

David Adjaye was paid from the public purse without Parliamentary approval despite President Akufo-Addo and Ken Ofori-Atta being aware that he was not being licensed to work in Ghana.

The Council of State was also aware and were officially requested to take an interest in the Cathedral Project, Petitioned to visit the site and Secretariat so they can advise President Akufo-Addo to halt the Project before much of the demolition and illegal payments were made…

The Council of State ignored the petition which among others warned of potential Judgement Debt and therefore must be held liable for the consequence of inaction, ill-advise and ineptitude that has resulted in the colossal financial loss to the State and potential Judgement Debts…

I, PRINCE-DEREK ADJEI PETITIONED THE COUNCIL OF STATE.

Incidentally the committee of the Council of State that recieved my Petition was chaired by SAMUEL OKUJETO (ESQ), formerly of the Ghana Bar Association and a Founding Member of the NPP.

Ironically his nephew, SAMUEL OKUJETO ABUAKWA (MP) is leading the expose of the inherent corruption and plundering of the Public Purse associated with the Cathedral Project…

Indeed, in my Petition, the attention of the Council of State was drawn to serious public claims made by Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng, who is the Secretary of the Cathedral Project Board of Trustees and the Executive Director of the Cathedral Project, Dr. Paul Opoku-Mensah who operates from the Office of the President and on Government payroll;

Rev. Kusi-Boateng and Dr. Paul Opoku-Mensa said on national television that then “Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo had given them Judicial Approval to start construction of the Cathedral Project” which is President Akufo-Addo’s Priority of Priorities Project despite a pending injunction filed by Lawyer Bright Akwetey.

The entire cost of the Cathedral and Judgement Debt must be surcharged to President Akufo-Addo, Ken Ofori-Atta, Sophia Akuffo, the Council of State, the 13member Board of Trustees, David Adjaye and the Cathedral’s USA consultants.

The 80million captured in the 2023 Budget under the Cathedral Project must be disallowed by the Auditor General if Parliament fails to block it when the Appropriations Bill comes to the floor of Parliament for voting…

The Council of State in the view of most Ghanaians is a drain on the public purse and must be immediately scrapped.

Nobody will accept any haircut without government taking a cut…

The best government haircut must start with Ken Ofori-Atta being cut off.

The Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Securities and Exchange Commission and the Economic Management Team must be cut off…

Then the Debt Exchange consultations can begin, not before…

The Censure Motion may have failed despite all the 136 NDC MPs voting with Ghanaians whiles the entire NPP MPs including those who claimed that their constituents told them to get Ken Ofori-Atta removed, walked out on Ghanaians when the opportunity came in Parliament to remove Ken Ofori-Atta.

The Budget Policy was passed but the individual bills and Appropriations are yet to come before Parliament…

The Cathedral, VAT increase and removal of E-LEVY threshold will be debated and voted on in Parliament;

The NDC MPs have promised to vote on the side of Ghanaians…

The TUC, GMA, Nurses and Midwifery Association, Teachers, Traders and indeed the generality of Ghanaians are ready to embark on civil actions to register their rejection of Ken Ofori-Atta’s haircuts to solve his mess after his company has made profit from the binge borrowing that has resulted in the unsustainable debt situation…

The Constitutional Rights of Ghanaians to assemble and to demonstrate or picket will be explored and exploited to ensure that Ghanaians are freed from the excruciating hardships brought on by the collapsed economy and free-falling Cedi occasioned by the inept Economic Management Team of the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government.

AriseGhana, Justice For Ghana and other credible Civil Society Organisations are liaising to give expression to the aspirations of suffering Ghanaians, barring any further impediments by the Police.

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators;

Ghanaians will be closely watching IMANI, OccupyGhana…

Most Ghanaians and many Ghanaian businesses particularly in the Banking, Pensions and Insurance sectors, are facing an existential threat under the Ken Ofori-Atta, Dr. Addison, Rev. Ogbami-Tetteh and Dr. Bawumia mismanagement of the Economy and Debt Restructuring aimed at securing an IMF BAILOUT.

🎼 AriseGhana Youth for your country.

Akufo-Addo predicted in the studios of Peace FM on Kwame Sefa Kayi’s Kokrokoo that Ghanaians are likely to have an UPRISING if the prevailing conditions continued…

THE GHANA UPRISING predicted by Akufo-Addo has been confirmed by the former Chief of Staff to President Kufuor, Kojo Mpiani and former National Security Coordinator Brigadier General Nunoo-Mensah.

Ghanaians must use legal and constitutional means only to ensure the removal officials of the incompetent Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government including the President Akufo-Addo and Vice President Bawumia.

Ghanaians must ensure that no military adventurers are allowed to take advantage of the excruciating hardships Ghanaians are suffering.

The Debt Haircut must include the complete cut of the Council of State and the Cathedral to save unnecessary cost burden on Ghanaians.

God Save Our Homeland Ghana and help us survive the WASTED YEARS OF THE AKUFO-ADDO-BAWUMIA ADDO-BAWUMIA and their DumbDogs who can’t speak truth to power because they are compromised or complicit or enjoying ADVERTISING BLOOD MONEY.
