Green Ghana Day 22: Jinapor courts support of the Ghana Armed Forces

Chief of Defence Staff pledged the unflinching support of the Ghana Armed Forces towards the Green Ghana Day.

 

Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Samuel Abdulai Jinapor, on Thursday April 14, 2022, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Defence Staff, Vice Admiral Seth Amoama, at Burma Camp in Accra.

The purpose of the visit was to enable the Minister express his appreciation thank to the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) for their support during the maiden edition of the Green Ghana Day, and to court the greater Support of the Forces towards this year’s edition.

At the brief meeting, the Chief of Defence Staff pledged the unflinching support of the Ghana Armed Forces towards the Green Ghana Day.

He noted among others that the duty to Green Ghana is a collective responsibility, and that the military and its allies, as disciplined forces, would continue do everything within their means to ensure the success of this all important national Project.

“Gradually, we are mobilizing the entire country towards June 10, 2022, and together, we will build a Greener Future,” Mr Jinapor stated in his social media page.
