Journalist Evangelist Celebrates Birthday with Children’s Department of VVC

As part of her mission to spread the gospel of God to all persons in the world through all available mediums possible, a journalist and a renowned Evangelist, Anita Frimpong, who is also the Executive Director of Centenarian Peak Foundation (CPF), Founder of Children’s Mission Foundation and a Philanthropist, has celebrated her birthday with the children’s department of the Victory Valley Assemblies of God Church (VVC) at A line Estate in Kumasi.

The rationale behind the celebration is to engage the children’s department of her former church to share her life story and minister the gospel to the children for the betterment of their individual lives.

According to her, preaching the gospel on the streets, in public transports, on social media and in communities over the past 10 years has been an incredible move as she has been able to save a number of lives, restore broken homes, marriages, relationships, saved victims of attempted suicide and many others.

She said in the coming years she is going to put more focus on children in deprived communities in the country and beyond Africa. She will focus on imbibing proper moral lives into children to help in their upbringing.

Apart from engaging them with the gospel at their early stages she will also assist these children in their education to promote growth in communities and in many homes. The focus on children is to help them identify their God given talents, she stated.

“Child Evangelism to me is a priority and I want to extend my ministry to that area because this sector of ministry is not common in our society, meanwhile catching these children young with the gospel would strengthen their Christian lives and would also nurture them to become better,” she stated in an interview.

“Personally, I am excited and ever willing to win over 1 million souls for Christ and to empower the youth as well to aspire for every position and respond to the calls of Christ. Doing God’s work to me is a privilege because preaching the gospel is about bringing peace and harmony into once home and lives in general,” she added.

She therefore advised children to obey their parents and teachers, so that they can grow to become God’s children and take the mandate of spreading the Gospel of the god news to all nations.

On his part, the head of the children’s department of Victory Valley Assemblies of God, Kofi Adu Amoako, expressed his appreciation Evangelist Anita Frimpong for remembering her roots and coming over to show support through her new mission.

“I am overwhelmed by the hard work my daughter is doing in the country, on touching many lives over the past years, this means our work as teachers have not been in vain. I am saying this because the world is growing faster therefore we need to rise as Christians especially the youth,” he added.

He advised the children to emulate such behavior and practices towards spreading the gospel and developing love for the kingdom work as the Bible said in Matthew 16:15.
