President Akufo-Addo yanked Ghanaian architect Frank Tackie off his lifetime career climaxing Marine Drive Project and replaced him with David Adjaye…

Same was done in the selection of David Adjaye to draw the Trade Fair using the documents of the wholly Ghanaian owned company, Reroy Group, which won the International competitive tender for the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project supervised by PriceWaterHouseCoopers on behalf of the Government of Ghana.

David Adjaye’s demand to be paid upfront an amount of $165,000 is confirmed in a 19th December, 2017 signed minutes of the Trade Fair Company Board, which also confirmed his being handpicked in a bizarre manner at the Board meeting.

The architect and the CEO of the Ghana Trade Fair Company in a meeting with the COCOBOD CEO on Tuesday 17th April, 2018 attempted taking 50acres of prime Trade Fair Redevelopment Project Land without knowing what use to put the land; as confirmed in signed Board Minutes of the Ghana Trade Fair Company

So when President Akufo-Addo led a delegation including Trade Minister Alan Kyerematen to Dubai to sign a Sole Sourced Trade Fair Redevelopment Project Agreement with a Singaporean Company, Stellar Holding for the development of 65-acres of the 140-acre Trade Fair site leaves many wondering what becomes of the remaining 75acres of the prime Trade Fair Land.

LAND IS NOT FREE…

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

President Akufo-Addo and Hon. Alan Kyerematen must speak to the Trade Fair Redevelopment Project which President Akufo-Addo’s private Law firm wrote severally to warn the Trade Minister would lead to JUDGEMENT DEBT.

Probity and Accountability are imperatives and Parliament is the last hope of Ghana.
