Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, expressed his gratitude towards the party’s UK-Ireland Chapter for their unwavering support and commitment.
During the inauguration of the Aldershot branch of the Chapter, Mahama praised the chapter’s continuous material assistance and dedication to ensuring the party’s success in the upcoming December election.
Acknowledging the essential role played by the Chapter members, Mahama specifically highlighted their active engagement on social media, providing valuable updates and suggestions for the party’s campaign strategies and result collation processes.
He commended their moral and material support, emphasizing the importance of their contributions in strengthening the party’s position.
In addition, Mahama congratulated the NDC UK-Ireland for expanding its reach by establishing its 20th branch, emphasizing the progress made by the party in the European country.
He assured that the NDC had moved past the outcome of the 2020 general elections and the subsequent petition to the Supreme Court, focusing on reorganizing and strengthening the party at the branch level in preparation for the upcoming election.
Highlighting the importance of the branch audit process in Ghana, Mahama explained the detailed examination carried out in the Ashanti Region, recognizing the region’s significance and the need for thorough assessment to ensure active and effective branches.
He concluded by affirming the party’s dedication to working tirelessly towards success in the 2024 elections, appreciating the efforts of all members and supporters involved.
