His impressive professional qualifications from renowned institutions like Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Westminster University, and East London University, make him a chartered architect and a Principal Consultant at Kay + Partners Ltd.

Throughout his career, Agbodza has spearheaded major projects in healthcare, education, and residential development both in Ghana and the UK. Since 2013, he has served in various parliamentary leadership roles, rising to become the Majority Chief Whip in the 9th Parliament. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Ghana Institute of Architects.
