Micro-Mini Minority shrinks further: As Afoko gains freedom, set to be replaced by NPP MP in jail…

This is an effort to decongest the Courts and now Jails ahead of the prosecution of the Galamseyers, Plunderers of the Public Purse, and Looters of State Lands and Bungalows.

The issuance of a Bench Warrant for the Akwatia MP by a Koforidua High Court and Annoh-Dompreh’s substituted service by the Court are just the beginning…

The transfer of Ashanti Regional Election Petition cases from one court to another by the Chief Justice without notice to the NDC may delay the removal of the affected NPP MPs, but eventually they will be removed…

In Accra, Baba Sadiq, Ebi Bright, and Ewurabena Aubynn are waiting to enter Parliament to take their rightful places…

The Electoral Commission’s appointee representing Damongo in Parliament, Samuel Abu Jinapor, will eventually be expelled from the House together with his Suhum colleague, Protozoa…

The Parliamentary immunity that the Galamseyers, Land Looters, and Plunderers of the Public Purse were seeking to evade justice will be removed, and they will face justice in the Courts or the Public Tribunals.

The ORAL revelations and the numerous corruption cases and scandals that characterized the Akufo Addo-Bawumia government will be prosecuted so the Loot is retrieved and the guilty punished by the Courts and the Public Tribunals.

The Attorney-General’s Department and the courts, therefore, due to the high volume of cases, had to be decongested by the termination of all frivolous political cases being used by the NPP to persecute their political opponents and persons they wanted to show where power lay…

The Democracy HUB case has been discontinued by the Attorney-General together with other high profile Persecution Prosecutions…

It will be cruel to dump the convicted NPP officials and their accomplices in the congested Jails…

The NPP should applaud the decongestion of the Prisons and encourage renovations ahead of the obvious.

RESETTING THE PRISONS AND COURT SYSTEMS:

The establishment of 24-hour Tribunals to expeditiously conduct the thousands of anticipated trials, so the State can quickly retrieve the Billions of Dollars looted from the public purse and Looted Lands kept by these NPP officials for their personal use as shown in the Cecilia Dapaah case, is being hailed by Ghanaians.

Ken Ofori-Atta and others who tried to flee from the country hoping to escape the jurisdiction of the State investigative agencies and the courts, must avail themselves…

GHANA NEEDS ALL THE LOOT RETRIEVED TO BRING THE ECONOMY BACK ON TRACK.

Akufo Addo’s recent call for his appointees to stop running away from justice and to avail themselves must be extended to his family members, their friends, and business associates implicated in various corruption scandals, such as Galamsey and Looting of State Lands and Bungalows.

AKUFO-ADDO HIMSELF WILL FACE JUSTICE SOON. Nobody is above the law; the Constitution of Ghana allows the prosecution of a former President WITHIN THREE YEARS OF LEAVING OFFICE.

The new government is focused and held its first cabinet meeting this week. The new President is poised to deliver his first State of the Nation Address and the next week have his finance minister deliver his first Budget before Parliament.

Meanwhile, the new government has started taking back the forest reserves that were taken over by Galamseyers, some of whom were grated licenses by the Akufo Addo-Bawumia government through L.I.2462, which was to allow mining in Forest Reserves.

44 Forest Reserves were affected by the activities of the Galamsey, 9 of which were totally taken over by Galamseyers who have destroyed 5,100 hectares, equivalent to 7,500 football fields.

The Cabinet is keen to fight Galamsey frontally with a mobile force, confiscating the Excavators to military zones rather than destroying them so the reclaiming can start alongside creating alternative livelihood and employment for the millions engaged in the menace.

The Forest Reserves, Rivers, and Water Bodies will be reclaimed, and the Big Fishes, regardless of political affiliation, will be dealt with…

The era of the Minerals Commission’s Martin Kweku Ayisi, the Forestry Commission from Sir John, George Mireku Duker, and Samuel Abu Jinapor must be investigated, and the culprits must be punished to serve as a deterrent…

STAY TUNED.
