NDC Urged to Secure One-Touch Victory for JM Through Hard Work

Bright Botchway, National Deputy Director of the Traders and Artisans Network for Ghana’s National Democratic Congress (NDC), has emphasized the critical need for sustained effort and vigilance within the party’s grassroots to ensure John Mahama’s decisive electoral win.

In an interview addressing the NDC’s prospects in the 2024 elections and its plans for artisans, Mr Botchway underscored the dangers of complacency. He called for intensified action rather than premature celebrations to secure a “one-touch victory” for the NDC on December 7.

“We have not secured the 2024 election yet; more work needs to be done,” Botchway emphasized, urging party members to eschew complacency and strengthen their grassroots presence.

Highlighting the NDC’s commitment to empowering traders and artisans, Botchway outlined plans for a National Entrepreneurship Authority to support youth in acquiring vocational skills without financial constraints. This initiative also includes startup support for traders and a Women’s Bank to aid women entrepreneurs.

“Never lose hope. John Dramani Mahama is back to reset the country and build the party once again,” Botchway affirmed, expressing confidence that the NDC would emerge more robust and more appealing to voters in the upcoming election.
