A total of two thousand one hundred and fifty-four(2,154) private candidates are expected to take the 2020 Basic Education Certificate Examination slated from 10th to 15th February.
The candidates made up of 1,210 males and 944 females will take the examination at eleven designated centres across the country.
A statement signed by the Head, Public Affairs of WAEC, Agnes Teye Cudjoe on behalf of the Council wished all the candidates success in the papers and urged Supervisors and Invigilators to be vigilant during the examination.
