Pictures: Nana Yaa Agyeman, wife of veteran journalist Harruna Attah laid to rest

The funeral was attended by dignitaries including former president John Mahama, the Rawlings family, Trade minister Alan Kyerematen, NPP founding member Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, old students of Achimota School, retired diplomats among others.

Nana Yaa Agyeman, the wife of the veteran Ghanaian journalist Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Harruna Attah, was on Wednesday (31 August) laid to rest after a funeral service at the Lashibi Funeral Home in Accra.

She died at the University of Ghana Medical Centre (UGMC) on Wednesday 17 August 2022 after a short illness.

Nana Yaa, a younger sister of the former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings, was 62.

The funeral was attended by dignitaries including former president John Mahama, the Rawlings family, Trade minister Alan Kyerematen, NPP founding member Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, old students of Achimota School, retired diplomats among others.
