President Nana Akufo-Addo and Tebboune Abdelmadjid of Algeria meet on the Sidelines of UN Assembly Meeting

They discussed issues of bilateral interest. Among others they also discussed the next visit of President Akufo-Addo to Algeria which is expected to in few weeks from now.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on Monday met with his counterpart from Algeria, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, at the United Nations headquarters in New York. This was on the sidelines of the ongoing UN General Assembly meeting.

They discussed issues of bilateral interest. Among others they also discussed the next visit of President Akufo-Addo to Algeria which is expected to in few weeks from now.

The meeting between the two Presidents took place in the presence of Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad of Algeria, Ahmed Attaf, as well as the permanent representative of Algeria to the United Nations, Ammar Bendjama, a statement from the Presidency services of the Republic of Algeria noted.
