Re: Re: Newsfile Hypocrisy

The Hypocrisy of Sampson Lardi Anyenini, his Tabloid Newsfile programme and those who say that "the President is only a CONVEYOR BELT" or "Postal Address" in such Article 146 Petition cases has been exposed.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini on Saturday morning used his NEWSFILE programme to talk plenty without saying anything.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini claimed that I peddled falsehoods about a Chief Justice [Sophia Akuffo] who he refused to name nor state the supposed falsehoods because there were none.

FACTS:

1. I signed together with other citizens of La, an Article 146 Petition for the Removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo from office as Chief Justice of Ghana.

2. The Article 146 Petition was duly submitted to the President of Ghana, which fact was confirmed by Abdul Malik Kweku Baako on Newsfile hosted by Sampson Lardi Anyenini as well as Good Morning Ghana on Metro TV hosted by Dr. Randy Abbey.

3. I sought the advice of Sampson Lardi Anyenini [and other Lawyers] on how long to wait for the President to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition, which Sampson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends had claimed on his Newsfile programme that “the President was only a conveyor belt” or to quote OccupyGhana’s Ace Ankoma “the President was only a postal address in Article 146 Petitions and had no choice but to promptly act in all such cases.”

4. Sampson Lardi Anyenini said that three (3) months was a fair period to wait for the President to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition, which he had a copy of.

5. After waiting beyond the three (3) month period advised by Sampson Lardi Anyenini, I asked him to in good conscience as he had in the case of Charlotte Osei’s Article 146 Petition to also publicly discuss the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition on his Newsfile programme.

6. Sampson Lardi Anyenini declined to acknowledge several reminders of the lapse of the waiting period and refused to discuss the Constitutional Breach by President Akufo Addo, a HIGH CRIME for which he can be removed from office as President; by refusing to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition; Sampson Lardi Anyenini rather shamefully proceeded to block me than have the matter discussed on Newsfile.

7. Sampson Lardi Anyinenyi for the two (2) years that President Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition; pretended no to be aware of the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition or President Akufo-Addo’s faulty Conveyor Belt, until Justice Sophia Akuffo eventually retired on her 70th birthday.

8. Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo is still holding on to the prime Cantonments State Land unlike Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Woode who returned the prime Airport State Land which was used to build the Foreign Affairs Head Office Complex, following an Article 146 Petition submitted to President John Evans Atta Mills.

9. Justice Sophia Akuffo paid GHc7000 for the prime Cantonments State Land fraudulently allocated to her as stated in the Article 146 Petition for her removal from office as Chief Justice.

10. The Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition had an attached list naming the Beneficiaries of the fraudulently allocated State Lands, actual location and size of the Looted Lands, the date of the transaction and amounts paid, if any.

So, for Sampson Lardi Anyenini to come on his Newsfile programme to throw tantrums without stating any facts, is most unfortunate and unprofessional.

In fact, he is hosting the Lands Minister, Samuel Abu Jinapor on the programme, who himself has lamented how the people who are revered in our society [some on the Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition list] go round on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them.

I challenge Sampson Lardi Anyenini to host a programme on Article 146 Petitions and include the two (2) currently pending against Jean Adukwei Mensa that President Akufo Addo is again refusing to act on and OccupyGhana is pretending not to be aware of; before speaking about their intent to issue an Article 146 Petition for the removal of the Auditor General.

Finally, for Sampson Lardi Anyenini to in his propaganda aimed giving the issue partisan undertones, stated only that I, Prince-Derek Adjei was a former Government official [Presidential Staffer] and Member of Parliament hopeful [for the NDC] in the Ablekuma West Constituency was most disingenuous.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini knows, yet deliberately refused to acknowledge the real reason for my Article 146 Petitions against Chief Justices of Ghana who are fraudulently allocated LA STOOL LANDS.

In my Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo, there are two (2) other Petitions signed by the LA MANTSE attached to buttress the fact that the La Stool will be proceeding to court.

My Article 146 Petition(s) were to seek the removal of the Chief Justice who will empanel judges to hear any such LA LAND CASE and seek any Judge who is complicit in Land Looting to recuse himself/herself from any such case to guarantee the LA STOOL Justice in the Courts of Ghana.

Sampson Lardi Anyenini knows that I am a LA ROYAL and an heir to the LA STOOL, indeed that my biological father is the LA JAASETSE, the head of the La Royal House

I cannot and will not sit down for political actors [regardless of political party] steal LA STOOL LANDS using the Lands Commission or any other State organ.

The Hypocrisy of Sampson Lardi Anyenini, his Tabloid Newsfile programme and those who say that “the President is only a CONVEYOR BELT” or “Postal Address” in such Article 146 Petition cases has been exposed.

They can redeem themselves by apologising and addressing the issue of Article 146 Petitions that President Akufo-Addo has refused to act on in breach of the Constitution of Ghana and the vexed issue of Land Looting.

With or without the DumbDogs becoming Watchdogs, the Fight Against Land Looting and the selective action on Article 146 Petition by President Akufo-Addo will continue.

I SHALL RETURN.
