Sampson Lardi Anyenini has with great pain in his heart finally broken his silence on the Land Looting drama…
He confirmed being an OccupyGhana member at heart, with tongue-tied heavy lips he advocated for the end to the Looting of State Acquired Lands and a thorough investigation of all State acquired Lands, Leases and Subleases, Titles and allocations however fraudulently done by the Lands Commission often to persons connected to the three arms of government, their families and cronies.
The review of the Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru vs Attorney General is an imperative: as the Judicial re-classification or interpretation of “PUBLIC INTEREST” by the Supreme Court to mean the same as “PUBLIC PURPOSE”, has opened the gate for the Land Looting by Public Officers and connected persons provided the State Lands acquired in the PUBLIC INTEREST are used by the Land Looters for PUBLIC PURPOSE in their Private interest; say Sir John could have taken the entire Achimota Forest Lands provided he turned it into a chain of Hotels, Malls or other private businesses that the public can also use though he gets the profit and not the Original Land Owners.
Sampson Lardi Anyenini must further break his silence and speak directly to the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition for her removal as Chief Justice which has a list of beneficiaries of the fraudulently allocated State Lands.
Sampson must Juxtapose that Landgrab with the International Students Hostel Landgrad involving Justice Georgina Woode and colleagues which led to an Article 146 Petition for her removal as Chief Justice.
Sampson’s take on the role of the Judiciary and officers of the Courts in the unfolding Landgrab phenomenon will be interesting if done with a panel including Ace Ankoma, Yaw Oppong and his other OccupyGhana friends particularly his regular guest Kweku Banku who is very intimately aware of the Sophia Akuffo Petition and heavily involved in the Land Looting cases that President Akufo-Addo has refused to act on, in breach of the Constitution of Ghana and his oath ofoffice as President of Ghana.
Sampson Lardi Anyenini cannot continue to be quiet about the Military assault of journalists and citizens of La at Kpletso; because Adjorkor is dead.
He has been aware yet silent since 15th April, 2021 just like George Sarpong and the National Media Commission which claims to be interested in the safety of journalists…
Akufo-Addo, Dominic Nititul , Samuel Abu Jinapor, COP Kwesi Ofori and many others have also remained silent over the Kpletso Assault and Shooting by armed Landguards in uniforms of the Ghana Armed Forces on 15th April, 2021.
So people can steal more La Stool lands at gunpoint, in the name of the Ghana Armed Forces, an illegal Military Cemetery and a statue under 24hour guard…
The Military impunity at Kpletso which was excused without investigation and prosecution gave birth to Ejura Shooting Spree, Wa Beating Spree and other acts of impunity thereafter…
Sampson Lardi Anyenini owes Ghanaians a duty to find out who owns and those developing illegally the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land at tell his audience and viewers on Newsfile on Saturday…
Let’s see how Sampson Lardi Anyenini redeems his image and that of his bigoted OccupyGhana friends;
The OccupyGhana folks must tell Ghanaians why State acquired Lands must not be returned to the Original Land Owners as expected by the Constitution of Ghana and if their theory of not returning such lands applies to Ashanti Lands and Akyem Lands too…
Will any Land Owners anywhere in Ghana be willing to give Land to the State for any reason, say the construction of Agenda 111 hospitals, given that the land will not be returned to the Original Land Owners as conceived by the framers in Article 20 of the 1992 Constitution, if instead the purpose of the acquisition was changed to being willed to family members of a President, a Sebior Minister or a Forest Commission Chief Executive.
Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators…
God Save Journalism in Ghana and make our Homeland Ghana great and strong.
