The event which was held via Zoom explores strategies for defining one’s purpose and goals, underscoring the pivotal role that time plays in the pursuit of both personal and professional goals.

The dialogue highlighted captivating stories from high achievers who have adeptly utilized the power of time to fulfill their aspirations.

Georgina Fiagbenu, an advocate for Communications for Development, Host, and Co-convenor of Transformational Leadership Concepts, seized the opportunity to pose questions that had the potential to bring about life-changing perspectives and insights during the event.

Commencing the dialogue, Togbe Kwasinyi Kakaklolo Agyeman V, the Chairman and Convenor of Communications for Social Change Advocate, pointed out that Ghana has been grappling with the issue of time management.

He underscored the severity of the challenge, emphasizing that it is a serious issue that necessitates a national dialogue to address and mitigate this concern effectively.

Stressing that Transformational Leadership Concepts will also continue to play a crucial role in addressing the canker.

Michael Amankwa (Don Milla) Entrepreneur and Founder of the Mental Catalyst, emphasizes that achieving one’s purpose and goals involves a holistic approach. He encouraged all and sundry to give priority to both their mental health and mindset.

Additionally, he emphasizes the importance of taking control of their spiritual and emotional well-being as integral components of achieving personal and professional goals.

Stressing that, in life one needs to have introspection and reflection. Taking time for introspective thought and self-reflection is crucial for personal development and gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and one’s life journey.
