Captain (Rtd) Prince Kofi Amoabeng, founder of UT Group and former CEO of UT Bank, has called on Ghanaian business leaders to adopt transparent, ethical leadership practices as a foundation for sustainable growth.

Speaking at the inaugural CEOs Breakfast and Networking Meeting in Accra, Captain (Rtd) Amoabeng noted key principles—loyalty, openness, and discipline—that helped him build UT Bank into a prominent financial institution focused on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
