A 27-year-old woman named Mary Minadze has been bathed with acid by unidentified assailants at Kasoa Old Timers in the Awutu Senya East of the Central Region.
She said to have been returning home from the 31st-night church service when her attackers threw the chemical on her body leaving her writhing in pain.
Abena is currently on admission at St. Jones Clinic where she’s receiving treatment.
The Kasoa Police have commenced an investigation into the incident.
