The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has announced a major partnership with G4S Security Services to recruit 6,000 young people as security guards within a year.
The Chief Executive Officer of YEA, Malik Basintale, shared the news in a video post on Facebook, expressing his excitement over the successful negotiation of the collaboration.
“I’m delighted to have successfully negotiated a collaboration between YEA and G4S Security Service. Yesterday, we successfully signed an MOU in recruiting a total of 6,000 youth as security guards to support their services within one year,” he stated.
As part of the agreement, an online application portal will be opened on Monday, March 17, 2025, to facilitate the recruitment process. The link will be made available on all official YEA platforms.
Basintale urged interested youth to take advantage of this opportunity, hinting that more employment initiatives would be announced in the near future.
This partnership aligns with YEA’s mission to address youth unemployment by providing sustainable job opportunities in various sectors. The agreement with G4S, a leading global security company, is expected to enhance the employment prospects of young Ghanaians while strengthening security services across the country.
For further details, interested applicants are advised to follow YEA’s official communication channels.
