A day later the Military High Command promised to conduct an investigation into the incident involving the uniformed men…

A week later the National Media Commission was petitioned to investigate the assault of the journalists by the Military…

A month later the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice CHRAJ was petitioned to investigate the brutality meted out to Ghanaian citizens by the Ghana Army…

Subsequently there have been reminders and Petitions to the Chief of Army Staff and the Inspector General of Police, Interior and Defence Ministers among others to look into the Shooting and Assault of unarmed Journalists and Citizens of La at Kpletso, all to no avail…

Then the Military impunity went to Ejura where two lives were lost;

Immediately a Ministerial Committee of Enquiry was set up to investigate…

Then the Military impunity went to Wa where many citizens were brutalized over a lost phone;

Suddenly the President, Defence Minister, Interior Minister, Chief of Defence Staff, the Inspector General of Police and others jumped into a plane to Wa to beg for the mutineering soldiers to be forgiven…

The involvement of the Military in civil matters such as the evacuation of squatters from Agbogbloshie, the fight against Galamsey which has seen corruption of the Military and men in Ghana Army uniforms protecting Galamseyers.

Viral Videos of men in Ghana Army uniform guarding especially Chinese Galamseyers have emerged, but just like the Aisha Huang episode, the Government which has been found to be complicit in the Galamsey business at all levels has not investigated nor prosecuted anybody…

Ghana’s once revered Armed Forces has become a mercenary force which has been abused by various political players.

The Ghana Army is heavily involved in the Landguard business.

THE 15TH APRIL 2021 KPLETSO INCIDENT IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE.

Esi Gbedema was recently illegal allocated 50acres of prime land at Airport Hills, she claimed to have originally bought the land from the Ghana Armed Forces.

Since when did the Ghana Armed Forces become a Land Selling institution?

State actors and their cronies have been stealing lands in the name of the Military, whose pliant officers deploy heavily armed men in uniform to protect the lands…

GHANA ARMY IS NOW A LANDGUARD AGENCY…

Recall how two men in Ghana Army uniforms were lynched at Dome Faase when they were deployed on Landguard duties for the Okyehene’s Sub-chief who he disowned and described as criminally minded?

Any investigation must name the officers who ordered the deployment of the armed men in military uniform to Kpletso on 15th April, 2021.

A YEAR ON, NO JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIMS OF KPLETSO.

Did the Defence Minister act on the letter the Lands Minister claims to have written to stop the Military from further construction work at the disputed Kpletso Lands between the illegal Military Cemetery and the Major Adam Mahama statue off the Guffard Road?

Did the Military’s proposed acquisition of the Land amount to a proper acquisition?

Can Land be forcibly annexed by force of arms?

Will President Akufo Addo act on the La Mantse’s 2017 Petition on the “Clandestine Annexation of La Stool Lands by the Military”?

The President must retrieve ALL State Lands fraudulently allocated to private persons such as Justice Sophia Akufo who paid GHc7000 for Prime Cantonments lands worth millions, with the prosecution of their accomplices at the Lands Commission…

The President must IMMEDIATELY RETURN ALL LA STOOL LANDS whose leases have expired, purpose of acquisition changed, compensation outstanding.

The President may re-negotiate the proper re-acquisition of the land to the STATE and take appropriate steps through an Executive Instrument as prescribed by the Constitution and ACT 1036.

TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY MUST UNDERPIN ALL LAND TRANSACTIONS.

The Land Looters currently developing the Cantonments Civil Aviation and other State Lands must be named and stopped…

A few CANNOT profit in the name of the state, at the expense of the masses.

GOD BLESS OUR HOMELAND GHANA.
