Black Sheriff sued by “Investor”

Court documents available to ghananewsonline.com.gh indicates that the plaintiff is seeking relief of the court to order an injunction to restrain Black Sheriff from performing and entering into any agreement to perform at events.

Kwaku the Traveler hitmaker, Black Sheriff, has been dragged to the Commercial Division of an Accra High Court by one Shadrach Agyei Owusu – an alleged investor, on an application for injunction, preservation and appointment of a receiver in breach of contract case brought against the sensational young artiste.

Court documents available to ghananewsonline.com.gh indicates that the plaintiff is seeking relief of the court to order an injunction to restrain Black Sheriff from performing and entering into any agreement to perform at events.

He is also requesting of the court to preserve all funds accrued by the artiste from all online streaming platforms and all other revenue sources.

Mr. Sharach Owusu the plaintiff is further seeking the relief of the court to appoint a receiver to receive “All funds” accrued to the artiste from the use and exploitation of his music and image.
