Dirty Men lobbying Powerful Chiefs and Jubilee House Gurus for the Seat of the GRA Boss

Some people with a dirty and scandalous past when working at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) are on intense lobbying to be made the Commissioner-General of the nation’s revenue outfit.

The rogue elements are lobbying some top traditional rulers and some gurus at Ghana’s Presidency, the Jubilee House, to speak with the President to have the GRA appointment.

The current Commissioner-General, Rev. Dr. Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah, is due to exit the GRA in the coming weeks, having clocked the retirement age of 60, as far back as October 10, 2021.

The interested parties in the lobbying game over who becomes the next Commissioner-General are becoming many by the day and lobbying is getting murkier each second.

There are suspicions that monies are being floated around by those keenly interested in the GRA top post, as they do not go to the people they are lobbying with empty hands.

The Inquisitor has been told of how some of the traditional rulers have given assurances to those lobbying them to speak to the appointing authority on their behalf.

What is creating apprehension is the fact that those lobbying for the Commissioner-General seat were deeply involved in scandalous activities when they had the opportunity to serve at the GRA.
