The moron proudly declined going to the IMF, got Ghana into a desperate position before belatedly going to the IMF for a bailout…
The moron is celebrating a low level agreement with IMF Staff, without an agreement with Ghanaians without whose agreement there will be no IMF Board Approval or bailout cash….
Ghana and Ghanaians must no longer suffer another day of the moron’s decisions or lack of action when pointed in the right direction by wise counsel.
