GPL WK20: Emmanuel Agyenim second half goal salvages point for Bofoakwa against Hearts of Oak
After the visitors struggling for a large period of the first half, they seemed to have improved when they returned from the break, and seven minutes into the second half, Emmanuel Agyenim pounced on a deflected ball in the 18-yard box to bring them back into the game.
Accra Hearts of Oak failed to grab all three points when they faced Bofoakwa Tano on Monday afternoon at the WAFA Park in Sogakope.
Hearts were looking to continue their fine form after recording victories over Real Tamale United and Bechem United in their last two games.
However, Emmnauel Agyenim grabbed a second half equalizer for Bofoakwa Tano to cause an upset to the Phobians.
Hearts opened the scoring on the 24th minute through Salifu Ibrahim, whose left-footed shot could not be saved by Bofoakwa goalkeeper Cisse Tijani.
The Phobians kept up their dominance by creating more opportunities but could not get the second goal before the end of the first half.

Hearts took control again and created many chances but Bofoakwa remained resolute as they shared the points at the end of the game.
The results leaves Hearts of Oak 8th in the league table with 28 points while Bofoakwa is in the last two at the bottom.
