GUPS 2021 Study Abroad Summit to give away Over 2700 Fully Funded Scholarship slots in 2 Days
The summit will provide a platform to potential students and parents the options to study abroad.
Ghana Union of Professional Students (GUPS) under the auspices of the International Relations Secretary presents a 3day Study Abroad Summit (SAS’21) at the University of Ghana Economic School Department (Cedi Conference Center) on 5th to 7th November 2021.
The summit will provide a platform to potential students and parents the options to study abroad. SAS21 is expected to see over 10,000 students and provide them with a holistic scholarship orientation for securing fully funded International scholarships.
Hon Emily Jemima Nyarko, the International Relations Secretary to the Union said, giving the best Student experience is of paramount importance as far as GUPS SAS’21 is concerned. The summit will address all common questions bordering students and parents when they are applying for undergraduate, Masters and PhD programs.
The summit will also address all the main points of international education in the process so that all stakeholders will be well informed and be ready for the journey ahead. With enough preparation done, GUPS SAS2021 will bring more than 60 International university Representatives so that students can interact with them and match their profiles to the Universities’ Opportunities and expectations.
This year’s summit will educate, orientate, encourage and motivate the students to precisely identify their goals and align all their efforts in direction of International education.
Students shall receive training on admission, application requirements for universities, and scholarship opportunities in various countries.
What makes this year’s study abroad summit (SAS2021) special and different is the quality of facilitators who are coming to orient and register for the various scholarship offers. According to the organizers, the facilitators are the best in the country and in the sub region.
Among them are SoS labour Consult, the official Partner, intake Ghana, world shape Consult, Catalysts Gem, Galaxy study abroad, Mai Study and Admission Center, among many others.
Alumni students will share their personal account on studying abroad and there shall also be Over 2700 fully funded Scholarships lots to give away and special one on one counselling sessions during the summit from our resourced facilitators.
Dignitaries expected to speak on various energetic topics include, Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, His Royal Majesty Togbe Afede XIV, British High Commissioner, Elder Dr Samuel Amo Tobin of Tobinco group of Companies, Dr Mustapha Hamid – CEO of NPA, the Nigeria High Commissioner, Education Minister Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, Dr. Ben Asante of Ghana Gas CEO/ GUPS Patron , HRM, Nii Adotei Gyata 1 popularly known as Rev Obofour, Hon. David Asante, Hon. Michael Okyere Baafi, Hon. Sammy Awuku, Hon Okudzejo Ablakwa, Henry Nana Boakye, among many other high ranking dignitaries.
The Summit will be garnished by Ghana Immigration live Ban,Wutah Afriyie and the legendary Gyadu Blay Ambulay and other performers.
