I think the NPP Camp still doesn’t get it…

election2024

Folks, it should not surprise anybody that the NPP camp has remained stuck on its generations-old sterile book politics from the 20th to the 21st century. In our time, it has added more scum to that unproductive political stature, which makes me laugh a lot.

In vogue now is their vile campaign against John Dramani Mahama on the score of the quaint coinage “Papa No”, suggesting that Mahama is lecherous and incontinent when it comes to women or that he has expended public funds in settling those women (now alleged to be Mzbel and Tracey Boakye who have fallen out to the extent of washing their dirty linen in public at the expense of Mahama’s public image).

Such machinations won’t turn anybody’s crank because they don’t solve Ghana’s problems to improve the existential lives of the citizens. It doesn’t turn my crank at all. Instead, it thickens my revulsion for them (the NPP camp, I mean).

Oh, how I pity them and the faceless people manipulating everything this way in the vain and vile attempt to detract from Mahama’s worth! It won’t wash with the ordinary Ghanaian suffering in Akufo-Addo’s hands.

Let me tell them outright that their moves have already backfired and will not do any “political’ damage to the aspirations of Mahama. Ghanaians already know him and will accommodate him for as long as his agenda for moving Ghana out of the woods rings positive bells.

Sexual exploits have their own dimensions, whether good or bad, but won’t dent Mahama’s image. If for nothing at all, he has all the positive attributes to attract any woman at all who crosses his path. He is well-endowed with physical features, good training, self-composure, focus, self-determination to succeed in all endeavors in life, and whatever else is a magnet to attract women. Does Akufo-Addo have the same, the scarecrow and vagabond that he is?

Interestingly, all human beings have in one way or the other found themselves entangled in the mesh that these wayward NPP wayside politicians and their hirelings are bandying about against Mahama.

NPP Camp
The NPP camp has remained stuck on its generations-old sterile book politics from the 20th to the 21st century.

What the NPP camp is running haywire over, in this case, is a non-starter because it lacks bite. Instead, it attracts public sympathy for Mahama. Let the NPP camp find out how many of their “revered” leaders haven’t been caught pants down but not dragged in the mud by the NDC, clearly because the NDC is above such filthy political foolery!!

Assuming that sexual escapades constitute immorality, which eventually amounts to corruption to disqualify one from being a leader, what can Akufo-Addo and his NPP camp do against Mahama? Prosecute him?

I hear Akufo-Addo has tasked the loquacious and fellow empty braggart (Martin Amidu) to pick up the thread for investigation. Aaaabaaah!! Upon all happenings, is this what Akufo-Addo thinks will do in Mahama for him to have a rollercoaster ride to remain in power? How thin-headed can’t he be? No grey matter in that ancient skull?

Having risen to power on the spur of his stentorian declaration of being an anti-corruption fighter, and promising before Election 2016 to prosecute Team Mahama on allegations of corruption, what has Akufo-Addo been able to accomplish, nearly 4 months to the end of his incompetent and useless rule?

Again, bringing in other major allegations of corruption against Team Mahama, how many have Akufo-Addo (a so-called lawyer) been able to prosecute to warrant any insistence on touting the fight against corruption as a trump-card to play for winning Election 2020?

And are they so shallow as not to know that whatever allegations they are spreading against Mahama in the case of these reprobates called “Slay Queens” (or prostitutes-in-disguise) aren’t strange to humanity?

Even, the Christian Bible tells us that King Solomon had 300 wives and as many concubines but turned out to be the wisest and best ruler that Israel had ever had and would ever have. If going after women and acknowledging their worth is an impediment to good governance, the world would have been damned and doomed long ago.

The Qur’an even tells us that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be unto Him) had 8 wives (of course “wives”!!) and that he was compelled by “compassion” for them to go that way. Who has the guts to damn him as lecherous and, therefore, unworthy of respect?

I cited the above two examples just to suggest that in human affairs, God is the ultimate judge; and he uses whatever he chooses to manifest his presence in human affairs.

If those standard-bearers were not condemned for whatever relationship they had with women, who are we to do so in our time when we are not even sure of where we stand when it comes to matters of faith and morality (as the gateway to the political office)? And to attempt hitting at political opponents with such vile drivel?

I have said it already that Ghanaians give no damn about how Mahama uses his God-given manhood to live his life. More grease to his waist, then. If we are all called upon to give an account of ourselves, how many of us will pass the test?

Woe-be-tide those spreading this vile propaganda. When the tide turns against them at Election 2020, they will see where TRUE power lies. They had better start looking for other places elsewhere to move into.

Are these NPP holier-than-thou scumbags monitoring what is happening in Belarus? The schemes put in place by the President (which aren’t any different from what Akufo-Addo is spearheading) have virtually backfired. I am waiting to see him run away from his own country as the heat mounts.

For these NPP people, there will be no exit point. We will trap them in their own nets and deal with them as the shots that they have called dictate. No kidding here. Too much of their nuisance!!

Ghana will be an interesting case study, then!!
