Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo is not an ordinary Pensioner, she is a very privileged pensioner.

Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo is an Article 71 Pensioner who escaped removal from office as Chief Justice when her cousin, President Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Article Petition for the removalin breach of the Constitution, until her eventual retirement at age 70.

Article 71 Officeholders include Presidents and Supreme Court Justices like former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo.

Article 71 Officeholders are entitled End of Service Benefits.

Supreme Court Justices retire on their Salaries unlike the regular Pensioners who picketed this entire week to protect their pensions and investments in government bonds which until the Akufo Addo-Bawumia-Ken Ofori-Atta collapse of the economy, were the safest investment…

Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo was among the privileged people who President Kufuor made Instant millionaires by fraudulently allocating prime State Acquired Lands and Bungalows.

Justice Sophia Akuffo paid GHc7000 for prime Cantonments State Land worth a fortune…

The long list of Land Looters complete with particulars of the hundreds of Looting transactions was attached to the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo that President Akufo Addo refused to act on for two (2) years till Justice Sophia Akuffo retired on ther 70th birthday.

Yaw Osafo Maafo, Jean Adukwei Mensa’s IEA and several others were also allocated these prime La Lands which must be retrieved with a Surcharge.

The Special Prosecutor’s recent investigation into unexplained wealth and profiting from proceeds of corruption must be extended to the fraudulent allocation of State Lands to high profile private persons as land and landed property have become the primary money laundering method and safest hiding place for proceeds of Galamsey and Corruption.

Interestingly, Justice Sophia Akuffo sat on the Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey Ridge Bungalow Case knowing that she and Jake had been allocated State Lands and Bungalows in Cantonments.

Justice Sophia Akuffo did not recuse herself, she sat on the case and ruled against Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey, yet she ironically kept her allocated prime Cantonments State Land.

Justice Sophia Akuffo together with hundreds of others were beneficiaries in what was described by two Lands Ministers Inussah Fuseini and Peter Amewu as “Kelewele and Toffee” Sweetheart deals.

Unlike her predecessor, Chief Justice Georgina Theodora Woode who returned the prime Airport State Land fraudulently allocated to her, Justice Sophia Akuffo is still holding on to the prime Cantonments State Land which was fraudulently allocated to her.

Who gagged Sophia Akuffo?
An oath, a guilty conscience or hypocrisy?

Justice Sophia Akuffo must break her long silence on her allocated Cantonments State Land and the Article 146 Petition for her removal as Chief Justice now that she has found her tongue.

QUESTION:

Has Justice Sophia Akuffo resigned from her appointment to the COVID-19 Fund?

Many are wondering, if Justice Sophia Akuffo’s show at the Pensioners Picketing was a charade to court public affection and possible sympathy when the COVID-19 Fund comes under scrutiny?

Yao Domelevo and Martin Amidu were never gagged when they fought corruption and ‘Akufo-Addo’ corruption fought them back and won because people like Sophia Akuffo and OccupyGhana looked on in silence…

After coming for Yao Domelevo, Martin Amidu and others; now they have come for the Pensioners and Individual Bondholders…

Sophia Akuffo now knows that the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government is “WICKED, DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE” and only put out dubious explanations for their mess to justify the excruciating hardships they are making Ghanaians suffer?

The people of La whose Lands have been compulsorily taken by government and illegally given to people like her, see them as VERY WICKED.

Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo must return the Prime Cantonments Land before like Sir John will the land to her family and friends FOREVER depriving generations of La People of their Land in perpetuity.

Finally, now that Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo’s gag is off, can she confirm or deny the allegation by Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng and Dr. Paul Opoku-Mensah of the Cathedral Project Secretariat that she while in office as the Chief Justice of the Republic of Ghana granted “JUDICIAL APPROVAL for the construction work to commence” despite a pending injunction filed by Lawyer Bright Akwetey challenging the President’s donation of the Prime Osu Mantse Layout Land for a purpose other the original purpose of acquisition without due process.

Justice Sophia Akuffo’s view on the Nii Kpobi Tettey Tsuru III vs Attorney General judgement and the demolition of Judges accommodation and their subsequent relocation to Cantonments and Airport areas further depriving the La People of their lands are welcome…

God Save Our Homeland Ghana and help us especially Pensioners survive the WASTED YEARS OF THE AKUFO-ADDO-BAWUMIA GOVERNMENT and their DumbDogs who can’t speak truth to power because they are compromised or complicit or corrupt.
