GHANA: ARISE or PERISH: Paying the price for praising plain-face-hypocricy at the Pensioners Picketing

 

The choreography of a few minutes stage managed stunt followed by media blitz will not fool everybody.

Why did Justice Sophia Akuffo refuse to place the ultimate blame on Akufo-Addo for the mess she blamed Ken Ofori-Atta solely for when Akufo-Addo has been refusing to sack him claiming he is doing an excellent job?

We have seen this gimmick too many times under Akufo-Addo, with his friends and media acolytes and DumbDogs including his appointees in the clergy defending the indefensible acts of Akufo-Addo…

THE TROJAN HORSE STRATEGY:

The NPP has specialised in planting their surrogates to take the shine from others when they have a very bad case and ultimately collapse or diminish the impact of the disaster.

There are several instances;

1. The 90 Bribe-Taking NPP MPs which later grew to become the entirely NPP Caucus in Parliament defused the CENSURE MOTION IN PARLIAMENT aimed at removing Ken Ofori-Atta as Finance Minister.

2. Some Akufo-Addo Appointees who are his surrogates in the Clergy, were used as TROJAN HORSES to keep his Cathedral afloat until some members of the Board of Trustees, instead of resigning enbloc and demand a complete halt of the project and forensic audit to ascertain the extent of rot and stealing in the name of God opted for PR exit while another opted to go to court to gag being exposed in serious revelations trickling in…

4. The propaganda wing of Ken Ofori-Atta’s Databank, “DATABANK RESEARCH” has taken over the airwaves doing what Gabby Asare Ochere-Darko’s DANQUAH INSTITUTE used to do for the NPP.

Each week day morning, Joy FM and Citi FM allow Ken Ofori-Atta to takeover prime time on their networks churning out propaganda as though it was factual business news.

Databank Research lured Ghanaians to invest in BONDS and today Ken Ofori-Atta is demanding they take a haircut on their investments and life savings to save Ghana from collapse.

Databank Research consistently claimed the Ghanaian economy was Robust and Resilient when it was actually collapsing, so as to allow Ken Ofori-Atta continue his reckless binge borrowing spree on the BOND MARKET that has left Ghana Bankrupt, Broke and heavily debt distressed.

These media networks allowed the public to be deceived by Ken Ofori-Atta’s Databank Research in exchange for sponsorship BLOOD MONEY through Enterprise Insurance and some crony companies.

5. Kweku Baako and the OccupyGhana folks have been the most efficient TROJAN HORSES deployed by Akufo-Addo in many instances with the support of the NPP media acolytes.

Recall that Justice Sophia Akuffo was the Chief Justice who recommended the sacking of Charlotte Osei as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission over breaches in the procurement law.

Her friends from OccupyGhana helped her and her cousin, President Akufo-Addo in sacking Charlotte Osei despite the defects of the Article 146 Petition, claiming that the President was only a conveyor belt in such Article Petition cases and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition.

Kweku Baako even pretended to be in support of Charlotte Osei only to help in her removal when some Ghanaians were fooled into believing that Kweku Baako would get his friend Akufo-Addo to back off.

Incidentally, Kweku’s Baako acknowledged seeing the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo as Chief Justice in the office of President Akufo-Addo yet for two (2) years the OccupyGhana folks pretended not to be aware and Samson Lardi Anyenini consistently refused to discuss it on his Newsfile programme..

Recall that Samson Lardi Anyenini’s Newsfile programme was where the OccupyGhana lawyers were used to keep the Charlotte Osei Article 146 Petition alive and postulated the Conveyor Belt theory with their Lawyer Ace Ankoma claiming that the President was only a post office address and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition or be in breach of the Constitution.

Recall also that Sampson Lardi Anyenini’s colleague Lawyer Dr. Yaw Oppong and Kofi Bentil among others said, THE REFUSAL TO ACT ON AN ARTICLE 146 PETITION WAS A BREACH OF THE CONSTITUTION AND CONSTITUTED HIGH CRIME; an offence for which the President can be removed from office.

OccupyGhana looked on sheepishly for two (2) years so that Justice Sophia Akuffo could escape the fate of Charlotte Osei via an Article 146 Petition.

OccupyGhana is aware of two (2) Article 146 Petitions for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission which have been pending since January 2021 that President Akufo-Addo is again refusing to act on, in breach of the Constitution of Ghana and that constitutes HIGH CRIME for which he can be removed from office as President.

Will Samson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends repair the Conveyor Belt that removed Charlotte Osei or pretend to be unaware, asleep or protect Jean Adukwei Mensa like they did Justice Sophia Akuffo and President Akufo-Addo?

Many were looking forward to a vigorous discussion of the, Bank of Ghana illegally printing money in excess of GHc55billion for the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government in breach of the Bank of Ghana Act.

Instead the stunt at the Pensioners Picketing was used to engineer praise singing for Justice Sophia Akuffo whose COVID-19 Fund is soon to be the subject of a Parliamentary Probe.

6. Ahead of the Parliamentary Probes on the Cathedral and the COVID-19 Fund which had been previously blocked by the NPP in Parliament;

The Attorney-General in a rather brazen and bizarre effort is seeking to gag the Auditor General from publishing any COVID-19 funds audit with the support of the NPP.

The NPP are on record to have stolen and shared billions of unaccounted for COVID-19 Cash ahead of the 2020 election.

According to an NPP Parliamentary Candidate in the 2020 election and corroborated by the findings of the Auditor General, COVID-19 funds were misappropriated or stolen and shared among NPP Party members.

The NPP and the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government is thriving on their perceived short memory and docility of Ghanaians…

Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.

The excruciating hardships Ghanaians are suffering under the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia government has awoken many Social “BYSTANDERS” and so-called Political “NEUTRALS” who had hitherto stood on the fence.

Many have regretted not joining the AriseGhana #KromAyeShe Demonstrations and Justice for Ghana Picketings until the hardship finally hit them directly or their Bonds and investments were forcibly taken by ken Ofori-Atta with the support of Akufo-Addo…

The callousness of Ken Ofori-Atta’s handling of the Debt Exchange Programme particularly the Pensioners has angered many genuine Ghanaians…

Recall that President Akufo-Addo in the studios of Peace FM on Kwame Sefa Kayi’s Kokrokoo show said categorically that Ghanaians are likely to have an UPRISING if the prevailing conditions continued…

The Ghana UPRISING that Akufo-Addo predicted has been confirmed by the former Chief of Staff to President Kufuor, Kojo Mpiani and former National Security Coordinator Brigadier General Nunoo-Mensah as imminent.

Akufo-Addo can save Ghana and avert any further excalation of the current cataclysmic crises by offering his resignation together with his entire team.

The dissolution of the moribund Economic Management Team coupled with the immediate removal of the team at the Bank of Ghana, the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as the Finance Ministry will bring immediate relief to the economy and engender confidence in investor support being channeled into the collapsed economy.

Anything short of a complete overhaul of the Government and the Financial Sector will be catastrophic.

Members of the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia Economic Management Team who are trying to reinvent themselves to contest to become President are confirming three things.

1. That the President Akufo-Addo Government of which they were Cabinet Ministers was dysfunctional.

2. That the Economic Management Team headed by Dr. Bawumia was a failure.

3. That they themselves are are failures as Alan Kyerematen inadvertently said while admitting to difficulty in crafting a campaign message due to the prevailing economic hardships brought on by their government.

Yaw Osafo Maafo and hundreds of others were on the long list of La Land Looters attached to the Justice Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition which included details of the fraudulent allocation of State Lands to these High profile private persons.

OccupyGhana, the President and the Council of State pretended the Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo as Chief Justice did not exist until she retired on her 70th birthday.
