Any time Government allocates new Land to replace an already allocated or annexed land is taking Lands twice from the Original Land Owners.

Indeed the private properties including Embassies in the Ridge enclave that were relocated from the Ridge to other parts of Ridge, Airport etc amounts to taking extra Lands.
RETURN ALL STATE LANDS not being used for Original purpose…
Government may re-acquire the land so returned from the Original Land Owners for a new purpose in the National interest in accordance with Article 20 of the Constitution of Ghana.
