I believe that you should have waited before sharing a public opinion on the movie, the timing is wron.
Why am I saying this?
We don’t know the message of the movie. A Country called Ghana could mean telling the unique story of Ghana, exposing people to the Ghanaian lifestyle. It can also be foreigners on a discovery, hence the relevance of a Nigerians.
You cannot question the profile of the cast when you don’t know the actual story that is going to be told.
Have you watched Cleopatra, the God’s of Egypt, Hotel Rwanda, Blood Diamond? These were movies about specific nations with casts from Hollywood. The fact that it is about Ghana doesn’t mean the actors only have to be Ghanaians.

If Ramsey Noah can act Asantehene and do it well, there is nothing wrong with it because he comes with a huge public attention.
What is wrong is to hear him in a Nigerian accent while acting as Asantehene, then we can question the choice.

So long as the production can let the cast deliver to reflect the exact character being portrayed, where they are from is of no relevance.
