Mafia Cartel Fraudulently Impersonating Director Of Land Title Registry Exposed At Lands Commission

“We have all our title documents that prove our ownership of the land but unfortunately, I’m not in any position to show it to you,”

Weeks of painstaking investigations by AMAGHANA ONLINE lead Investigators have uncovered a dirty cartel involved in the double sale of lands in Prominent locations in Accra.

The  actions and inactions of the syndicate have led to countless number of avoidable distressed litigations with the connivance of Top officials of the Lands Commission.

It was uncovered that there are some alleged impostors parading themselves in the name of the Director-In-Charge of Land Title Registry at the Lands Commission, Yaa Agyemang Boadi.

It appears her office has turned into a land grabbing hatchery where titles of lands are faked multiple times and sold to different parties.

From our sleuth checks, the office of Yaa Agyemang Boadi through some impostors at the same lands commission have issued 3 land titles to 3 litigants.

The three are claiming ownership to a 2.29 acre  land located at the enclave of the Kotoka International Airport (K.I.A) into their name.

According to the facts gathered through our investigations, the original owners are the  Ga Dangbe Lands Administration (GDLA) led by their family head and Paramount Chief of Abola, Nii Kofi Tuadan III, who is currently in possession of the original land documents (site plan and indenture).

When contacted, Mrs. Yaa Agyemang Boadi in a phone interview stated emphatically that “I have not signed or endorsed any title documents concerning the said land being claimed by the 3 litigants.”

She further disclosed that the said land has been flagged at the Regional Lands Commission.

“I can tell you for a fact that I been notified to authenticate the genuineness of the two land titles and that I am awaiting an official letter from the Regional Lands Commission after which I will confirm.”

The other litigating parties are LECTA Ghana Limited owned by an  Ethiopian-American now based in Ghana Hamza Hampton and one Elias Nimoh Preko, who was some time ago convicted in the UK together with the notorious former Nigerian Governor, James Ibori, for money laundering.

Hamza Hampton also uses the name LUNA MEHRI TESFALDET on his GHANA CARD and registered MTN MOBILE MONEY account.

When contacted, a Personal Aide of Chairman Hampton, Eric Nyarko, a Retired Police Officer, explained that his Boss is a genuine businessman doing legitimate business in Ghana and across the world, but he may not be aware that he has been defrauded because he also bought the land from UK Ex-Convict Elias Nimoh Preko.

“We have summoned Elias Preko on several occasions at the police station but he always refused to show up; so we are even looking for him,” Eric Nyarko stated.

Eric added: “Talking about the land at Airport, we also have our title documents and indenture signed by the Lands Title Registry under the Lands Commission but whatever it is,  my Boss Hamza is ever ready to sit down with the original owners who must fully show proof of ownership officially that is originally contradicting our Documents,” he explained.

AMAGHANA ONLINE also made attempts to contact UK Ex-Convict Elias Nimoh Preko where the investigative team engaged the Nephew of Elias Preko, who gave his name as Adom Asafo-Adjaye.

Mr. Adom Asafo-Adjaye also explained their side of the story and said that the land in question also belongs to them but refused to show their version of their land title documents.

“We have all our title documents that prove our ownership of the land but unfortunately, I’m not in any position to show it to you,” Mr. Adom Asafo-Adjaye stated.

Below is the Original site plan and indenture to the land in possession of the Original Land owner GDLA Family Head and Paramount Chief of Abola Nii Kofi Tuadan III.

Also the  documents in possession of Hamza Hampton of LECTA Ghana Limited are without the approval of the allodial title holders (indenture) but with the tacit support of the Yaa Boadi Agyemang impostors at lands commission, they are  bent on issuing the land title.

So we ask that which of these  documents has originally been endorsed by Yaa Agyemang Boadi and her office??
