Motorway – N1 opened to full traffic

The Kwame Nkrumah Motorway – N1 has been opened to full traffic at 6:00 AM Friday morning.
This follows the completion of repair works on the Lakplakpa bridge along the Tema-Accra bound lane.
Due to the repair works on the bridge, the Tema-Accra bound traffic was diverted onto the Accra-Tema bound lane since Monday, June 13, 2022, which caused a huge traffic build-up.
