As the rank and file of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) moves to the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi this weekend for its Annual National Delegates Conference, one of its old stalwarts, Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku, has extends his warm welcome to all delegates and party faithfuls.
