As part of an ongoing safety campaign, officers from the Nsawam Fire Station have shared fire safety messages with the public to reduce the frequency of fire outbreaks and enhance fire prevention in markets and homes.

The officers focused on topics such as the proper handling of mosquito coils, candles, and general safety tips for the home.

They also addressed practices observed in markets, such as cooking and burning of refuse, emphasizing the importance of extinguishing fires completely if cooking in the market becomes necessary.
