WHY IS THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL SILENT ON THE CLEMENCE GYATO AND ANYOK HOLDINGS CASE?
The Attorney-General’s office has a docket on Clemence Gyato but is refusing to proceed to prosecute.
Samuel Abu Jinapor and Asenso Boakye have refused to publish the status of all State Acquired Lands and Bungalows under their watch.
The illegal agreement between the Lands Ministry and the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and his Anyok Holdings Vigilante group to reclaim encroached State Lands and be paid with portions of the State Lands which is shared with some government officials is no longer a secret.

The Special Prosecutor should investigate the unexplained wealth with respect to Land Looting and fraudulent land transactions including allocation of State Lands and Bungalows.
The Lands Minister lamented on national television that the people who are revered in our society drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them.

NOTE: The New Land Law ACT 1036 demands accountability and transparency in all Land Transactions especially by fiduciaries like the President who is the TRUSTEE of all State Acquired Lands, the Lands Ministry, Lands Commission and Chiefs.

OccupyGhana must stop pretending they are unaware of the Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings case leaked by the Chief Director of the Lands Ministry to the Parliamentary Committee on Lands.
OccupyGhana must demand the President, Samuel Abu Jinapor and Asenso Boakye make public the Status of all State Acquired Lands and Bungalows now.
Citizens Arrest of Samuel Abu Jinapor and Asenso Boakye is not far fetched as President Akufo-Addo refuses to act.
It will be recalled that President Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo which included the long list of Land Looters complete with particulars of the fraudulent allocations to hundreds of other high profile personalities e.g. Yaw Osafo Maafo and organisations e.g. Zoomlion etc
