Samuel Abu Jinapor has twice stood on the floor of Parliament and blatantly lied to Parliament about making public the Report on the Kpletso Land, portions of that Prime La Stool Land have been illegally annexed by the Military while other portions believed to have been clandestinely parcelled off to be shared among faceless persons…
Samuel Abu Jinapor has ignored correspondence from Prince-Derek Adjei and OccupyGhana demanding the publication of the status of all State Acquired Lands in accordance with the principle of Transparency and Accountability required by ACT 1036 and the RTI.
The attempted stealing of Tamale Lands under the supervision of Samuel Abu Jinapor has been exposed by Hon. Alhassan S. Suhini, Member of Parliament for the area; forcing Samuel Abu Jinapor to publicly declare that he will publish the entire file on the fraudulent lease who authenticity has been denied by the Lands Commission.
Samuel Abu Jinapor said that the documents of the Lands Commission are unreliable as workers take these files home and falsify the ownership of Land and alter names on the Land Title Certificates.
It will be recalled that Samuel Abu Jinapor lamented on national television that the people who are revered in our society drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them.
Asenso Boakye has also supervised the fraudulent allocation of State Bungalows which have been demolished and being developed by faceless persons mostly in the Cantonments, Labone, Airport area…
The Status of all State Bungalows must be published so Ghanaians can see how those in charge have recklessly dissipated these assets…
The effect of these two Ministers, Samuel Abu Jinapor and Asenso Boakye have rivaled the effect of Landguards, a phenomenon brought about originally by the obnoxious and discriminatory ACT 1960 [Protection of Purchasers Law] whose operational area was not national but limited to Accra and a few areas, allowing anybody who steals Land and builds to lintel level to automatically become the owner of the stolen land thus forcing the land owners to Protect their property from theft.
The Executive Secretary of the Lands Commission confirmed that the Lands Minister has signed an illegal agreement with the notorious Landguard Clemence Gyato and Anyok Holdings Vigilante group to reclaim encroached State Lands and Bungalows for which they are paid with portions of the State Lands which is shared with some government officials…
