Our MP’S Lobbying Skills Have Brought Major Development- Ahafo Ano South DCE

Joseph Frimpong Bonsu, District Chief Executive {DCE) for Ahafo Ano South West in the Ashanti region, has said that the good lobbying skills of Johnson Kwaku Adu, Member of Parliament (MP) for Ahafo Ano South West Constituency has been the contributing factor to the development of the constituency in terms of road, education, health and many other projects.

He said that the constituency has had their fair share of the national cake under the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and that more projects was in the pipeline and would be unveiled in due time.

According to Mr. Frimpong, the main challenge facing the constituency was the road network in the region thus roads like the Beposo Junction to Tepa was near completion.
Also the Sikafram to Bonkoso road had already been completed under the Cocoa Roads, whiles the Kunsu Junction to Saakrom is speedily under construction.

He declared that these developments are historic for the NPP since the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) era did not bring such speedy developments.

Joseph Frimpong hinted that in terms of economic developments in the district, a team of investors from the United States of America (USA) had shown interest in the oil palm production.

And together with Mr. Paul Atsu, the District Coordinating Director (DCD) and the Assembly at large are planning of nursing 100,000 palm oil seedlings to boost the investors drive.

This he noted would enhance government flagship program for Export and Rural Development (PERD) and Planting For Food And Jobs (PFJ) to improve the lives of the folks in his district as well as creating jobs with these investors.
