According to him a worker with Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) with political connections, Prince Kofi Gyamfi, who has erected a structure close to a high-tension pole, when the law demands that there should be at least a 50 metres distance between a high tension pole and the nearest infrastructure.

He accused Prince of using the Ababio guy to destroy his property as he described the event as a “political game and knowing people close to political power” because “the Prince guy used to say he (Prince) is going to use power to do what he wants to do, that is what exactly he is doing because if not that, Ababio would not tell me that, Regional Commander has called him to go and destroy three signboards including mine to clear the frontage of this Prince guy’s Store located almost under the high tension”.

“I planned to go to court with La Nkwantanang Madina Assembly and to also sue Ababio himself as an individual,” he stated.

He also called on the Ghana Police Service to investigate Ababio and the La-Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Assembly for allowing Prince Kofi Gyamfi to build about two-story buildings close to the high-tension without recourse to law, and the danger the ongoing structure post to the community and the people of Oyarifa high-tension at large.

As at the time of filling this story the Assembly, Prince, and Ababio have their phone numbers switched off.
