Serwaa Amihere was born on March 8, 1990 in Kumasi in the Ashanti region. She is the first daughter of Mr. Frank Yeboah, her father and Mrs Lydia Tetteh, her mother.
She completed her secondary education at Yaa Asantewaa Girls Senior High School in Kumasi. Later, she enrolled in Methodist University College of Ghana, pursuing a banking and finance degree.
Serwaa Amihere’s professional journey began in the media industry, where she started as an intern at GHOne TV. She quickly showcased her talent and passion for journalism and was the host of an entertainment and lifestyle show, the Glitterati.
Her journalism passion led to her appointment as a producer and news anchor for the station in 2017. She has interviewed several high-profile individuals, including politicians, celebrities, and public figures, demonstrating her ability to ask incisive questions and elicit valuable insights.
Serwaa’s reporting style is characterized by thorough research, sharp analysis, and a poised on-screen presence, earning her a loyal following of viewers.

Whereas the details of the two contracts are unknown, the two companies deal with fashion — one of the fastest-growing economies in Ghana — and thus more income.
She is also a social influencer. Thanks to her huge following on Instagram and Twitter, Serwaa works with different brands in micro-influencing gigs. Big brands such as DSTV, BetPlanet, NASCO, FLORA etc.
Therefore, she regularly posts ads from the companies on her social media pages on an undisclosed fee.
