To whom it may concern: Colonel Owusu Ansah of Jubilee House under close Arrest? 

Can the Military High Command quickly confirm or deny what Jubilee House S&As report that the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) has ordered that COLONEL OWUSU ANSAH, a Presidential Security Coordinator at the Jubilee House seat of government be placed under close arrest (detention and restriction of movement) pending investigations into sending of soldiers to a quarry site at Kasoa?

It will be recalled that at a Troops Durbar on 19th March, 2020, the CDS said Command had noted that some soldiers had been engaging in unauthorized duties (one-man operations)

The CDS said any soldier arrested in connection with such unauthorized operations will be severely dealt with.

All eyes of Officers and Men are on the CDS to see whether he will make an example of Colonel Owusu Ansah, especially as ORs are asking : “so what else beyond close arrest of Col. Owusu Ansah?”
