Is COLONEL WILLIAM KWABIAH taking over as Tema Port Security Coordinator?

It is the denouement! It is the emotional catharsis!!

Have you noticed Ghana is getting to a stage where the Citizens are wary and no longer believe what their leaders say?

Have you noticed that the Citizens are beginning to take their destinies into their own hands and are becoming watchful of occurences around them, in their communities and at their work places?

Have you noticed a rising spate of vigilance and consciousness of the Citizens about their personal, community and national security?

Well, all things are now possible in Ghana where President Akufo-Addo’s handling of national affairs may as well be stock footage of Toonces driving this country over the edge of a mountain.

President Akufo-Addo does not address Ghanaians with respect, grace, sensitivity and firmness.

But in the face of the Coronavirus pandemic, the Citizens have to bind together to overcome a common enemy.

For now, the President of Ghana is like a pilot of a national airline flying the Citizens through a coronavirus turbulence.

The Citizens may not all agree with his competence, abilities and capabilities.

However, it is in the Citizens’ supreme interest to cooperate, support and encourage him to fly and land their plane safely.

Meanwhile, detailed checks by credible S&As indicate that the Chief of Defence Staff of the Ghana Armed Forces is determined to reinforce maintenance of Military VALUES with changes in the Command structure of the Presidential Security at the Jubilee House Seat of Government.

Accordingly, Colonel Punamani, the Security Coordinator at the Tema Port, is scheduled to replace Colonel Edward Owusu Ansah who is awaiting disciplinary action.

Lt. Colonel Peter Abban, Commanding Officer of the Signal Training School is scheduled to be Deputy to Col. Punamani at the FSH.

Colonel William KWABIAH of Defence Intelligence is scheduled to take over as the Tema Port Security Coordinator.

It will be recalled that the GAF Provost Marshall set up an investigative team under Lt Col. FK Bannerman to look into the circumstances under which Col Owusu Ansah, the Presidential Security Coordinator and four other soldiers brought the name of the Ghana Armed Forces into disrepute in an unauthorised security operation at some quarry sites in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.

In a report reference number SIB/7/C/20 dated 24th March, 2020, the investigative team recommended inter alia:

That Colonel Edward Owusu Ansah be severely punished for deploying soldiers at the Presidency for an unauthorised duty.

As a Whistleblower with a known face and address, I have done my National Patriotic Duty by bringing a credible S&A report of the swift action of the CDS, Lt. General Obed Akwa, in maintaining Military Values at the Jubilee House Seat of Government to whom it may concern.

Abuse of Power is the most grotesque of ABUSE. It is our civic duty when we see abuse of power to stand up and fight it.
