All return of State Lands must be just as was done in EI 432 in returning 409acres of Ashanti Lands including lands occupied by state institutions and the Military [e.g. Kpletso] to the Asantehene in trust for the Subjects of the GOLDEN STOOL.
Note that, the Ashanti Lands were not returned by the Government, through the Asanteman Council or the Traditional Council but through the occupant of the Stool in trust for the Stool Subjects.
