CATHEDRAL LAND is STOLEN LAND: Thieves must be arrested immediately and Lands retrieved

Government has been having difficulty in finding lands for various developmental projects including the Agenda 111 Hospital projects, because land oware weary of government acquiring Lands for one purpose and using it for another or allocating the Lands to private persons thereby depriving the Original Land Owners of their Lands FOREVER.
President Akufo-Addo and Samuel Abu Jinapor must be held responsible for the stealing of STATE LANDS…
The Cantonments Civil Aviation Land which was opposed by the Civil Aviation Authority workers and citizens of La when then Lands Minister, Kweku Asoma-Cheremeh attempted an illegal and unconstitutional takeover of the La Stool land through a dubious MoU.
Samuel Abu Jinapor upon his appointment as Lands Minister, set aside all decisions taken by his predecessor, Kweku Asoma-Cheremeh on the Kpletso Land and the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land; promising to investigate and issue A REPORT BASED ON THE FACTS AND THE LAW.
THERE IS NO REPORT ON BOTH THE KPLETSO AND CANTONMENTS CIVIL AVIATION LANDS.
Yet Samuel Abu Jinapor is looking on while there is illegal construction work at both the disputed Kpletso and Cantonments Civil Aviation Lands.
The illegal construction work ongoing at the Kpletso Land is being undertaken by the Military after they brutalised the La Citizens and some journalists on 15th April, 2021.
Samuel Abu Jinapor claims he wrote a letter to the Defence Minister, Dominic Nitiwul to get the Military High Command to STOP WORK at Kpletso pending the outcome of the meetings at the Lands Ministry to address the alleged clandestine annexation of La Lands by the Military.
The Kpletso Lands were not acquired but the military proposed to government to acquire the land but government did not as it was unable to pay the compensation for the prime land.
The illegal construction work at the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land on the other hand is being done by FACELESS THIEVES the Minister claims not to know and issued STOP WORK ORDER to the developers…
IF A MINISTER IS PUT IN A POSITION OF TRUST, and holds STATE PROPERTY IN TRUST yet allows the STATE PROPERTY HELD IN TRUST to be stolen;
THE MINISTER IS LIABLE.
If the President who is the TRUSTEE on whose behalf the TRUST PROPERTY is being handled by his Minister, does not sanction the Minister;
ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY FALLS ON THE PRESIDENT-TRUSTEE.
The Ghana Police Service is capable of finding the faceless persons developing the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.

THE REPORTS ON KPLETSO AND CANTONMENTS CIVIL AVIATION LANDS MUST BE MADE PUBLIC.
Samuel Abu Jinapor has been lamenting on national television that the people who are revered in our society drive around on weekends looking for State Lands and Bungalows with little or no activity [like the Cantonments Civil Aviation and the Cathedral] then come to his office to pressure him to allocate these prime lands to them.
Who did Samuel Abu Jinapor allocate the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land to, on whose authority and by which Law?
Akufo-Addo must sack Samuel Abu Jinapor and immediately retrieve the land or take full responsibility for the stealing of the Cantonments Civil Aviation Land.
Ghanaians are resolved to be Citizens and not Spectators.
Ghanaians are determined that the Looting of State Funds and State Assets including State Lands will no longer continue.

IF NOT, why is the land not being returned to the La Stool through the La Mantse?
