An obviously shaken Ken Ofori-Atta seeing the hostility and sensing danger beat a retreat, pleading with the Pensioners to join him in a nearby conference room to discuss the way forward.
After one hour of fruitless talks, the Pensioners left angry that Ken Ofori-Atta had wasted their time.
The livid Pensioners said Ken Ofori-Atta was talking in circles without saying anything about exemption of Pensioners Bond but deferred to see the President before appearing in Parliament to answer the summons on the Domestic Debt restructuring programme that is in issue.
Parliament has vowed to stop Ken Ofori-Atta from arrogantly stealing investments of Ghanaian bond holders and endangering lives and livelihoods of the Pensioners.
