The Military High Command sanctioned a Landguard Operation at Kpletso on 15th April, 2021 following which the floodgates were opened for Military impunity at Wa, then Ejura then Suame then Bawku and now Ashiaman.
The deliberate effort by many persons not to mention the 15TH APRIL, 2021 KPLETSO SHOOTING AND ASSAULT when listing the acts of Military brutalities is becoming very obvious.
The Defence and Interior Committee of Parliament which was Petitioned by the affected La Citizens must demand the report of the Kpletso Shooting and Assault from the Military High Command.
It will be recalled that on 16th April, 2021; the Military High Command promised to investigate the 15th April, 2021 Kpletso Shooting and Assault by armed men in Ghana Army uniforms.

FACTS ABOUT KPLETSO LAND.
The Military has illegally annexed the land with the support of heavily armed Military Landguards and built on the disputed Kpletso Land despite the claim by the Lands Minister that he officially wrote to the Defence Minister to stop the Military from continuing the illegal construction work at Kpletso.
The Kpletso Land near Burma Camp was never acquired by the State for the Military.
The Military only proposed to acquire the Lands and has since used force of armed Landguards, brutalitalization of the land owners.
The Military illegally cited a Cemetery, a Statue and Ordinance Depot with the objective to annex the Kpletso land.
The Military annexation is with the tacit support of the President who is the Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, his Defence and Lands Ministers as well as Attorney General.
The La Mantse Petitioned President Akufo Addo on 28th December, 2017 specifically on the Clandestine annexation of La Lands including the Kpletso Lands by the Military.
