Justice will again be found in the courts, and all righteous people will support it – Psalm 94:15

What’s happening in Ghana is unprecedented. It’s shocking. It’s embarrassing. No righteous Ghanaian should support it

The above is the Good News translation of Psalm 94:15. It was sent to me by one of the best legal brains of all time in Ghana after he read my article on the Supreme Court.

He sent it to comfort me, that all isn’t lost. In fact, everything lost will be regained. I was comforted.

Five of my last six articles have been on the judiciary, judgment and justice, and all within the context of a new state under Afremocracy – to rescue, resuscitate and restore Ghana. So, when I see a scripture that talks about restoration of justice, I know the new state is coming.

What’s happening in Ghana is unprecedented. It’s shocking. It’s embarrassing. No righteous Ghanaian should support it. The most unfortunate part is that, the catastrophic presidency of Nana was predictable and possibly preventable by those who had the power to do so.

Kufuor warned his party NPP and Ghanaians at large about the character of his failed Attorney- General, and Foreign Affairs Minister, Akufo-Addo – is a destroyer, not a builder. That was good but not enough. The person he characterised had no business being a senior cabinet minister, but he was, because Kufuor’s own allegiance was to NPP first, not Ghana.

Kufuor failed Ghana by creating a senior ministerial platform for Akufo-Addo. He should have excluded him from cabinet especially after his disastrous tenure as Attorney-General. He would then explain than his allegiance was to Ghana and not to NPP factional warlords.

When Islamic terror reared its head in the lead up to India’s independence, Mahatma Gandhi asked Nehru to step down as the prospective Prime Minister for Ali (Khan or Bhutto, I can’t remember) to take over in the NATIONAL INTEREST. Gandhi was killed by a Hindu lunatic.

If Kufuor had held his nerves and done what his heart told him was right, Ghana could have been saved from this catastrophe. Even if he had been killed by an ‘’all-die-be-die’’ Nanaist lunatic, he would still be remembered today like Gandhi is.

Nyaho Tamakloe, an old friend of Nana and a co-organizer of the unprincipled ‘Kume Preko’’ demonstration with Nana, warned Ghanaians that they would learn a very bitter lesson if Nana became President. That was good but not enough. He should have given his reasons and campaigned against Nana. But again, his primary allegiance was to NPP and not Ghana.

Who’s talking about allegiance in terms of citizenship of another country? Who’s that brainless person? Didn’t we have single citizens of Ghana working for the CIA, and even one of them becoming a Prime Minister? Didn’t Dapaah recently warn that the appearance of the judiciary owing absolute allegiance to the ruling party was a threat to national security? So, what’s allegiance, fossilized brains? It’s about consciousness, not citizenship.

John Mahama coronated Akufo-Addo king of Ghana. Simple. The lacklustre, inept, and very casual presidency of Dramani catapulted perennial loser Nana into power. Any average incumbent would have beaten Nana. The father of Nana’s catastrophe is Dramani, the sperm donor. Dramani with all the state’s resources couldn’t neutralize and beat the lies of Bawumia. Unbelievable. At the end, he said he’s learned his mistakes and “experiment” Ghana should be given to him again. Hey guys, when are you going to be serious about your allegiance to Sikaman?

At least two of those who wanted to lead the NDC in 2020 were better than Dramani in every measurable way except money. I mean money not worked for and that was used by Dramani to win the leadership ballot. Mahama’s allegiance is to himself and never Ghana. He knows that. He, became Vice-President because of where he came from. He knows that too.

The immediate declaration of Dramani as the de facto leader of NDC after the 2020 elections shows the non-allegiant mindset of the entire NDC group. How could a party the size of NDC tell the whole country, it couldn’t raise a new leader to contest elections in 4years time? In their minds, Dramani has the money to bring them back to power. It’s about them, not allegiance to Ghana.

The notion that Mahama, the disastrous sperm donor should be rewarded for the catastrophic failure of congenital failure, Akufo-Addo is an insult to Ghanaians. In the greater scheme of things, it’s better for NDC to keep Dramani as its leader. It makes the rebirth and restoration of Ghana easier. A more formidable and untainted leader may irrigate and perpetuate the NDC/NPP duopoly.

NPP is out, and with Mahama, NDC too is out. The new state under ARM inspiration cometh.

Justice will be found again in the courts, and all righteous people will support it. Amen.

I went back to read the whole Psalm 94. It’s one of the Royal Psalms (93-99) where the Psalmist, David, the man after God’s own heart, gloried God interestingly not as King, but rather as Judge.

Justice is central to the Kingdom of God.

God the King, God the lawmaker, and God the Judge – the so-called 3 arms of government. I prefer 4 arms. God, the…. Can you complete it for me?

Let’s read the beginning and end of Psalm 94

God the Refuge of the Righteous
94 O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongs—
O God, to whom vengeance belongs, shine forth!
2 Rise up, O Judge of the earth;
[a]Render punishment to the proud.
3 LORD, how long will the wicked,
How long will the wicked triumph?

Some people believe they’re triumphing, so they keep screaming, ‘’go to court.’’ The judge of the earth will speak soon. Don’t worry.

23 He has brought on them their own iniquity,
And shall [g]cut them off in their own wickedness;
The LORD our God shall cut them off.

How will verse 23 happen? I don’t know. All I know is that justice will be found in our courts again, and all righteous people will support it. There’s a reason the 1992 constitution starts with. “In the name of Almighty God….”

Not everybody, but all righteous people will support the 5th Republic and Afremocracy.

On my behalf, and on behalf of the African Reform Movement International (ARMI), I wish you a reflective Easter.

Tswa omanye aba.
