The President, Akufo-Addo refused to act on the Sophia Akuffo Article 146 Petition for over two (2) years even though Akufo Addo is on record to have swiftly acted on similar Article 146 Petitions.
President Akufo Addo is on record to have rejected the State Land he was offered by phone according to Gabby Asare Ochere-Darko, at the time, claiming it was immoral;
Unfortunately, since becoming President he has publicly called for a ban on such FRAUDULENT allocation of State Lands yet has turned a blind eye as the Cantonments Civil Aviation Lands are being STOLEN and developed by faceless people.
Conversely, President Atta-Mills acted promptly upon recieving an Article 146 Petition against Justice Georgina Woode who had exchanged her cheap Akweteyman Land for prime Airport Land belonging to the Foreign Affairs on behalf of the International Students Hostel.
President Atta-Mills took steps to retrieve the stolen State Land from Justice Georgina Woode, Justice Kunyehia, Atta-Kyea and others who were fraudulently allocated the land and constructed the current Foreign Affairs Offices on the same land they attempted to steal at Airport.

The Judiciary CANNOT and MUST NOT be allowed to become CORRUPT OR BIASED.
President Akufo-Addo and the Special Prosecutor have the list of persons [including members of the three arms of Government and security services] and organizations [including civil , multinational, local companies and diplomatic corps] who have been fraudulently allocated State Lands and Bungalows;
Will Akufo Addo and Kissi Adjabeng act to retrieve these Prime Lands?
Will they act to SAVE GHANA or refuse to act to shield the looters?
