OCCUPYGHANA & NEWSFILE: Repair your conveyor belt an which Akufo-Addo sits.

The Hypocrisy of OccupyGhana and Newsfile can be cured by themselves.

Samson Lardi Anyenini and his OccupyGhana friends namely Ace Ankoma, Yaw Oppong, Kofi Bentil, Franklin Cudjoe and Kweku Baako among others claimed during the Charlotte Osei Article 146 Petition case that the President was only a conveyor belt in such Article Petition cases and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition for the removal of the Electoral Commission Chairperson.

Ace Ankoma further stated that President Akufo-Addo was only a post office address and had no choice but to act immediately he received an Article 146 Petition.

There are two (2) Article 146 Petitions for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission citing the SALL disenfranchisement in the 2020 election among others.

President Akufo-Addo for two (2) years is refusing to act on the Article 146 Petition recieved on 21st January, 2021 [signed by Prince-Derek Adjei and Elikem Kotoko] and the Article 146 Petition by FixTheCountry.

The Hypocrisy of OccupyGhana and Newsfile can be cured by themselves.

The Petitioners reserve the right of a MANDAMUS to compel the President to act on the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Jean Adukwei Mensa as Chairperson of the Electoral Commission.

President Akufo-Addo is in breach of the Constitution, and comits *HIGH CRIME* for which he can be removed as President, for refusing to act on the Jean Adukwei Mensa Article 146 Petition; just as he refused to act on the Article 146 Petition for the removal of Justice Sophia Akuffo as Chief Justice for two (2) years until her retirement at age 70.

AKUFO-ADDO IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW.

AKUFO-ADDO IS CERTAINLY NOT ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION OF GHANA.

STAY TUNED.
